Does your agency screen its Care Givers?

Our agency thoroughly pre-screens all of our caregivers through a phone screen, in-person interview, and a professional reference check to verify their training and employment history

What training do your Care Givers receive? Any disease specific training?

Our caregivers are cross-trained and certified. Training and certifications include; First Aid, CPR, Alzheimer's/Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Client Hygiene and Personal Care, Home Safety, Elder Abuse and End of Life Care

Are your Care Givers insured and bonded by your agency?

Our caregivers are fully insured, bonded and covered by Workers’ Compensation.

Do you conduct national background checks on Care Givers?

Every caregiver must go through a rigorous selection process, including a drug screening, national criminal background check and a professional reference verification. Caregivers go through a phone screen, in-person interview

If client resides in a Senior Home, can your Care Givers provide live-in services in my Senior Living Facility?

Yes, if the agency allows for personal care or companionship services to be rendered on their premises

How often do your Care Givers receive supervisory visits?

Supervisory visits are conducted every 60 days or more often, if needed

Does your Home Care agency have a ‘skilled nursing license’?

Our agency doesn't offer skilled services at this time

May I interview the Care Givers myself?

Our agency is dedicated to matching you with a caregiver whose credentials, expertise, and personality are aligned with your needs. While we strive to accommodate requests for clients and their families to meet perspective caregivers, we cannot always guarantee this option.

How quickly can you staff or change Care Givers after contract is signed?

Caregivers are staffed within 72 hours
